WOD: “Stupid Squats”
Perform 60 Air squats in 60 seconds then rest for 60 seconds. If you do not complete all 60 squats in 60 seconds, don’t start your rest until you make up the remaining squats with push ups in the second minute. Continue for 20 minutes.
minute 1: 57 squats
minute 2: 3 push ups, then rest the remaining time
minute 3: 60 squats
minute 4: rest……continue for 20 minutes or until you cannot complete all 60 reps in the two minute window.
