Alternate every minute on the minute between Deadlifts and Burpees

1 deadlift the first minute, 2 burpees the second minute, 3 deadlifts the third minute, 4 burpees the fourth minute…. continue until you cannot finish the reps in the designated minute. Men use 185lbs women use 135lbs. Enjoy! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
