I am very excited about the effort everyone put forth today on the one rep max box jumps! Those can be very scary and intimidating and you all did WORK, BEAST MODE!!!!
Warm up: 150 double unders/ 250 singles, 15 OHS, 15 dips, 15 sit ups
Skill: Squat Snatch (10 minutes)
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Squat snatch, 10 reps
10 Ring dips
10 Knees to elbows
