Final Paleo Challenge! Worth 95% of your final score (before/after picture is the tie breaker, 5% previous challenge participation) Challenge ends June 12. Keep this log through June 10 and have them scored and turned in by the 12th to stay qualify.

Each meal:

Paleo Meal +2pts

Paleo Meal including dairy +0

Cheat Meal: -2 pts

Bonus pts: +1 for 5 meals per day +1 for post workout meal -1 no post workout meal

Exercise points:

+20 points 5plus wod’s each week

+10 points 3 plus wod’s each week

-10 points less than three wod’s each week

bonus points: +1 64 oz. water +1 8 hours of sleep -1 each alcoholic beverage (max 5 per day)

You must keep track of this on paper in some type of log for the duration of the challenge. The honor system is in play and the only loser for fudging numbers is the fudger(haha) So be honest with yourself!

Thruster Ladder – Athletes will have 20 seconds to take a barbell from the ground, then perform one thruster at a specified weight. You will have 10 seconds to transition to the next barbell.  Your result is the highest successful thruster.
